REGISTERING FOR THIS FORUM, YOU ARE REGISTERING TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ARIS USER GROUP NORDIC. INITIAL ACCESS MAY TAKE 24 HOURS DURING THE BUSINESS WEEK.

TERMS OF USE

IMPORTANT! THESE TERMS OF USE GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS FORUM & WEBSITE.

By accessing and using the ARIS User Group Nordic web page (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “ARIS User Group Nordic), you acknowledge, accept and agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use the ARIS User Group Nordic web page. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of ARIS User Group Nordic web page after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended. The ARIS User Group Nordic and Website were created and are continuously technically moderated and maintained by IDS Scheer with administrative rights for content granted to the ARIS User Group Nordic Steering Committee and Content Group. All legal matters regarding the user group and Website are to be directed to the attention of IDS Scheer Sverige AB, Gustavslundsvägen 151F, 167 51 Bromma, Sweden.

When becoming a member of the ARIS User Group Nordic you accept to receive all notifications distributed by the group either by e-mail or postal mail until notice of opt-out has been received by admin-nordic@arisusergroup.com. In order to become a member you need to live up to the membership criteria:

1. Your company needs to be an ARIS end-user and need valid license keys
2. The membership is personal and you have to state your name and contact details
3. You need to be willing to share information and to be an active member
4. You cannot represent a consultancy company

Membership is free of charge.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

In order to become a member you need to fill out the Questionnaire (following page) and send to admin-nordic@arisusergroup.com. The questionnaire will be approved by the Steering committee and after that you will receive a confirmation e-mail will log-in access to the ARIS User Group Nordic web page. Your personal account will be created by the user group admin but you will be in charge of the maintenance of the data.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

You may not post, send, submit, publish, or transmit in connection with this site any material that:

  • advocates illegal activity or discusses an intent to commit an illegal act;
  • is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or indecent;
  • does not pertain directly to this site;
  • threatens or abuses others, libels, defames, invades privacy, stalks, is obscene, pornographic, racist, abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive;
  • seeks to exploit or harm children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable details or otherwise;
  • infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including violating anyone’s copyrights or trademarks or their rights of publicity;
  • violates any law or may be considered to violate any law;
  • impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulates headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
  • advertises any commercial endeavor (e.g., offering for sale products or services) or otherwise engages in any commercial activity (e.g., conducting raffles or contests, displaying sponsorship banners, and/or soliciting goods or services) except as may be specifically authorized on this site;
  • solicits funds, advertisers or sponsors;
  • includes programs which contain viruses, worms and/or Trojan horses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications;
  • disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, causes a screen to scroll faster than other users are able to type, or otherwise act in a way which affects the ability of other people to engage in real time activities via this site;
  • includes MP3 format files;
  • amounts to a ‘pyramid’ or similar scheme;
  • disobeys any policy or regulations established from time to time regarding use of this site or any networks connected to this site; or
  • contains hyper-links to other sites that contain content that falls within the descriptions set forth above; or
  • any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “ARIS User Group Nordic” is hosted or International Law.

Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that ARIS User Group Nordic have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither ARIS User Group Nordic shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

IDS Scheer AG, makes no representations whatsoever about any other Website which you may access through this one. When you access a non-IDS Scheer Website, even one that may contain the IDS Scheer logo, please understand that it is independent from IDS Scheer AG, and that IDS Scheer AG, has no control over the content on that Website. These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the European Union, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in connection with any dispute between you and IDS SCHEER AG arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state courts in Saarbrucken, Germany. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain.
